“John was very professional but yet personal while working with us”

John came to my house October 27, 2018 to check my laptop computer. It was taking long to download and I was getting ads galore. He fixed mine while giving me explanations as to what he was doing and what he wanted me to do to keep things running smoothly. He also looked at Barbara’s laptop and did some adjustments for her.
