“Thanks for installing my Nest thermostat. I love it!”

John arrived and removed my old thermostat, replacing it with the Nest.  He asked me questions to personalize my temperature preferences and programmed the Nest.  As this was accomplished, John gave me an understandable tutorial for future use.  He then enabled my ability to monitor and adjust the Nest from my smart phone and tablet..I have had no problems with cooling or heating settings.  Thanks for installing my Nest thermostat.
